You will work as part of a team caring for children and young adults with life limiting and life threatening conditions during respite breaks, symptom management stays and at end of life.

Both full and part-time opportunities available; and we welcome applications form those with experience in supporting children and/or young adults with complex care needs.

The salary is upto £25,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time working)
