Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and execution-focused Enterprise Project Manager to lead the operational delivery of a high-value international client account with significant global impact. This role also plays a critical leadership role in developing and managing the Project Management Office (PMO), establishing standardized project practices, and building organizational project management capability.


The ideal candidate brings deep experience in project management, a strong background in workplace behavioral health, and a proven track record of working within or leading a PMO. This role partners closely with the Enterprise Account Manager to ensure client success, program performance, and delivery excellence across all dimensions of client engagement.



Client Program Delivery:

  • Manage day-to-day initiatives and project deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual commitments.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines, tracking dependencies, milestones, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources, fostering collaboration and accountability across departments and partners.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and ensure program success.
  • Manage project scope, budget, and risk mitigation strategies, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and reporting, providing clear updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement, applying best practices and lessons learned to optimize delivery.
  • Support change management and stakeholder engagement, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained adoption of new initiatives.
  • Maintain alignment with compliance, legal, and financial standards, ensuring all activities meet regulatory and contractual requirements.

PMO Development & Management:

  • Establish Standardized Project Management Practices: Develop and implement a consistent framework of methodologies, tools, and templates to ensure project execution is efficient, repeatable, and aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Build Organizational Project Management Capability: Assess project management capacity requirements and develop a staffing plan to meet them through hiring, contracting, and/or upskilling internal talent.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all project teams.
  • Monitor and evolve PMO practices to ensure they remain aligned with strategic goals and operational realities.

  

Collaborative Responsibilities with the Enterprise Account Manager

  • Ensure client success and satisfaction through proactive engagement and responsive support.
  • Drive program performance and measurable outcomes aligned with strategic goals.
  • Maintain cross-functional team alignment to ensure coordinated execution.
  • Lead issue escalation and resolution, ensuring timely and effective problem-solving.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through performance insights and reporting.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program quality and efficiency.

  

Secondary Functions 

  • Travel as required
  • Participate in department and company meetings, as requested
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software


Education & Licensing

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects for large-scale international client accounts.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workplace behavioral health, including program implementation, operations, or delivery.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and managing enterprise-level project portfolios.
  • Experience working within a PMO environment or leading the development and management of a PMO.


Physical Work Requirements

Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.


The starting pay range for this position is $82,700 - 93,000 per year. The position’s pay range represents the national average pay for similar roles. R3 considers factors such as (but not limited to) experience, internal pay equity and other business considerations when extending an offer.
