As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Dispatcher/Outbound Caller to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Responsibilities
Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate plumbing and electrical service calls
Communicate with technicians throughout the day to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
Answer inbound customer inquiries and place outbound calls to schedule maintenance, service, and follow-up appointments
Deliver outstanding customer service with clear communication and professionalism
Assist with administrative tasks to support daily operations
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in customer service or dispatching preferred (plumbing/electrical industry a plus)
Positive, team-oriented attitude
