Join Our Team as an Experienced Machinist!
Are you a skilled machinist ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for someone like you to join our dynamic team!
What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate various machine tools (manual lathe, mill, grinder, drill presses, CNC Mill, CNC Lathe).
- Modify and repair machine tools or maintain industrial machines.
- Read and understand mechanical blueprints for moderately complex parts.
- Perform quality checks using micrometers, dial indicators, and Vernier calipers.
- Train less experienced machinists and specify necessary tools.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment (6S: Sort, Straighten, Shine, Safety, Sustain).
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of machining experience or equivalent knowledge.
- Strong understanding of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, and machining procedures.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Positive attitude and a desire to continually improve.
