Strategic Account Manager - Southeast Area
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Strategic Account Manager with a strong focus on Enterprise Sales for our Southeast Territory.
Responsibilities:
- Anticipates how market and competitive factors will influence the selling of Archer Enterprise products and services portfolio.
- Assigned to specific global account that require global execution and have the highest complexity and strategic importance to the firm.
- Leads and motivates a virtual global team of diverse and external team members.
- Provides insight and thought leadership to senior/CXO leadership to position solutions that will positively impact the Customer’s business.
- Establishes and personal and professional brand as a trusted business advisor.
- Creates superior relationships with senior level executives and influential stakeholders to sustain a long-term relationship.
- Uses expanded solutions from the channel and/or third-party offerings as a proactive competitive strategy
- Leads company- to-company relationships to develop competitive advantage.
- Has boardroom/executive presence
- Leveraged to serve as a coach/mentor.
Qualifications:
- Recognized internally and externally as a thought leader on Archer’s Enterprise technology, products, and services.
- Relays customer feedback to assist with the future development of Archer’s technology, products, and services.
- Acts as a coach/mentor for global account team.
- Sponsors and institutionalizes new and innovative ways of working in teams to meet customer needs/sales objectives.
- Works effectively with functional leaders throughout the organization/models effective team leadership.
- Typically requires 12+ years of related experience in a relationship selling role with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Additional criteria for Outside Sales: Typically require 12+ years of field sales experience.
