The Opportunity

As a Customer Business Executive, you will play a significant role in building and growing customer dedication and satisfaction, while also encouraging the account’s growth.  This role is ideal for someone ready to own a territory or set of strategic accounts, backed by a technology and delivery organization that builds what it sells and scales with accountability.

What will your job look like?

  • A forward-thinking leader helping define the innovative future of Amdocs service offerings with our top customers.
  • Accountable for owning the account's P&L with a focus on profitability
  • Responsible for broad people management and development of the account teams.
  • Hunt and grow business solving the customer problems, combining our technology and capabilities in Digital Engineering, Cloud, AI/Data, Testing, and Managed Services
  • Manage complex deals from prospect to close, including solution shaping, stakeholder alignment, and negotiation.
  • Build deep, trust-based relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital, and Line of Business Executives.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and partner teams to craft tailored, outcome-focused value propositions.
  • Leverage ecosystem partners—including cloud hyperscalers and industry platforms—for co-selling and solution differentiation
  • Bring a live network of client contacts and translate those into real pipeline and closed deals.
  • Understand account landscapes, challenges, decision hierarchies, and opportunities to land and expand.

All you need is...

  • Strong background and relationships in one or more verticals: Quick Serve Restaurants, Hospitality, and Retail & Consumer Services 
  • 8–15+ years of experience in services and technology sales, with both hunting and farming success.
  • Experience in cross-selling and upselling Cloud transformation, AI/Data solutions, Quality Engineering, and IT Ops/Managed Services.
  • Eye for business, understanding of inter and intra-organizational relationships, and building executive relationships
  • P&L Management: Ability to lead commercial negotiations and prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Must have a strong financial background and experience.
  • Leadership: Recognized leader, with the ability to operate in a globally matrixed environment and handle sophisticated situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong partner sales experience and ability to build joint go-to-market narratives.
  • Proven ability to drive multi-million-dollar pursuits and land large-scale deals in competitive environments
  • Experience working in large, complex, multi-vendor engagements & ecosystems.
