St. Barnabas is looking for a Homecare Registered Nurse:

• Salary Range: Up to $42 per hour, based on experience
• Job Type: Full Time

We’re currently seeking a Registered Nurse experienced in OASIS assessments and CMS nursing guidelines to provide high-quality, skilled care in the home setting.

Responsibilities Include:

• Comprehensive OASIS Start of Care, Recert, Resumption, and Discharge assessments
• Wound care, including complex wound management
• IV therapy and medication administration
• Chronic disease management and patient/family education
• Collaboration with PT/OT/ST and interdisciplinary team
• Adherence to current CMS, Medicare, and PA DOH standards
