As a Part Time Ski Lift Operator at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you'll take charge of the chair lift, ensuring a smooth and safe ride for guests and staff, all while they enjoy the thrill of the slopes.

What will you be doing?

• Ensure guest and associate safety by following all safety procedures.
• Assist guests boarding the lift safely.
• Rotate operators during breaks.
• Monitor lift operations to prevent accidents.
• Shovel snow and direct parking as needed.
• Maintain full knowledge of lift safety procedures.
• Support various tasks around the chalet.

What do you bring to the role?

• Must be 18+; High School Diploma/GED preferred, no experience required.
• Positive attitude with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Enjoy working with the public and prioritize safety.
• Able to take direction and have mechanical aptitude.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, lift 50 lbs, and tolerate extreme weather.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
