Digital Fines and Debt purpose and vision: To provide a suite of contemporary digital services that allow fines and debt customers to interact with Revenue NSW easily – anywhere and anytime. We do this in line with legislation and industry best practices, collecting revenue for the state in a fair, efficient, and timely manner. As Director Digital Products & Services Fines and Debt, you will drive this purpose and vision, by guiding the strategic direction and delivery of a diverse portfolio of digital services, lead high-performing product teams, and champion new ways of working that improve outcomes for customers and communities.
