Hourly Rate: $18.71
Part Time Hours (2-3 shifts a week)
The purpose of this position is to assist the Supervisor, Retail in all areas of sales and merchandising within our Burton store. Poses a strong desire to work in a fast-paced sales culture, providing excellent Customer Service and “above and beyond” experiences to all guests.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Prescribe to and execute the four key parts to the selling practice which are: Welcome; Initiate: Suggest and Help.
- Develop outstanding product knowledge and use this knowledge as a selling tool,
- Ensure all retail functions are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Product merchandising and inventory control.
- Conduct the daily cash out.
- Ensure that store housekeeping duties are completed on a regular basis.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Must be customer service oriented. Friendly, outgoing.
- Snowboard knowledge is required.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, days, evenings and holidays.
- Must be able to reason and react with quick, thoughtful judgment while remaining calm under pressure when any guest issues arise.
- Past retail experience is considered an asset.
