Dein Verantwortungsbereich
-Du unterstützt Fachexperten bei der Organisation und Administration von Lern- und Entwicklungsangeboten und Talent-Programmen

-Du unterstützt den Programm Manager unseres Senior Talent Progamms administrativ

-Du koordinierst Termine, holst Offerten ein, bearbeitest Rechnungen und pflegst Inhalte im Learning Management System

-Du kommunizierst mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Providern und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf von Trainings

-Du holst strukturiert Feedback ein und erstellst aussagekräftige Reports zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Lernangebote

Deine Stärken
-Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder befindest dich in einem Learning-nahen Studiengang

-Du bringst erste Erfahrung in der Administration oder Projektunterstützung mit – idealerweise im People und Leadership Bereich

-Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und behältst stets den Überblick

-Du bist kommunikationsstark und arbeitest gerne im Team

-Du bist sicher im Umgang mit der Office Palette und lernst neue digitale Tools mit Leichtigkeit

-Du kommunizierst fliessend auf Deutsch und Englisch
