🌟 Female Field Care Supervisor – Domiciliary Care 🌟
📍 Location: Torbay
💷 Salary: Starts at £12.60 per hour
🕒 Hours: 40 hours per week, with shifts of 6:30am till 2pm or 2pm till 10pm. Includes every other weekend on-call
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting others to do the same? We are seeking a Female Field Care Supervisor to join our dedicated domiciliary care team, ensuring that the highest standards of care are consistently met for our service users.
✨ About the Role:
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will:
Conduct regular spot checks, observations, and assessments of care staff.
Support with the induction, training, and development of care workers.
Complete care plans, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure service users receive safe, person-centred care.
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and staff.
Cover care calls when required to ensure continuity of service.
✅ Requirements:
Previous experience in domiciliary care (supervisory experience desirable).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
A caring, professional, and reliable nature.
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required.
Must hold a valid UK driving licence, have access to a vehicle, and business-class motor insurance.
