Position: Manager - AdTech Implementations and Client Servicing
Purpose: The Manager of AdTech Implementations and Client Servicing is responsible for overseeing the integration and optimization of advertising technology solutions within the SonyLIV advertising operations team. This role ensures seamless deployment of AdTech platforms, enhances client satisfaction, and drives operational efficiency to support advertising campaigns across digital platforms.
Education: Graduate Degree or B-Tech Preferred
Experience: 5+ years’ experience in a similar position with a proven track record
Location: Gurgaon
Business/Channel/Function: SonyLIV
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and management of AdTech tools and platforms for OTT advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, creative, and sales) to align AdTech solutions with client objectives.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, leveraging AdTech analytics to provide actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AdTech integrations and client-facing platforms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving concerns promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign progress, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client expectations and business goals.
