RideNow Powersports, part of the RumbleOn network and one of the largest powersports retailers in the nation, is seeking a driven and experienced Internet Sales Manager to lead and scale our digital sales operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing internet sales team to consistently exceed sales targets and conversion goals
  
  
• Analyze lead data and KPIs to optimize the performance of individuals and the department as a whole
  
  
• Own and refine the internet sales pipeline, CRM processes, and inventory workflows to maximize efficiency
  
  
• Ensure timely and professional communication with all online customers
  
  
• Oversee customer satisfaction metrics and resolve escalated issues to maintain a top-tier buying experience
  
  
• Keep your team sharp by leading onboarding, training, and performance development sessions
