🚀 The Role: Deliveries/Dispatch Coordinator 

This role will be the communication hub between patients and Delivery Technicians—coordinating routes, tracking equipment, and ensuring smooth, timely service every day.

🔍 What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent 

• 1–3 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Super organized with a keen eye for detail

• Compassionate and always focused on making customers feel cared for

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Answering incoming calls for our Deliveries Department
  

• Support our Delivery Technicians both in the office and out on the road

• Track and enter delivery ETAs based on real-time routes

• Keep patient accounts updated with delivery notes
  

• Coordinate, prioritize, and dispatch urgent deliveries and discharges

• Pull and organize equipment for upcoming deliveries

• Manage and maintain our inventory of rental equipment
