Customer Service Representative 

 

Job Summary

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative I to join our dynamic team. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, collaborating with both internal stakeholders and our customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service throughout the entire order lifecycle.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person to support product and service inquiries.
  • Collect, enter, and confirm orders for new products or additional services.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns; escalate to specialists or other team members as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, tracking inquiries, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with Production, QA, Scheduling, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. 
  • Support artwork routing, proof approvals, and job tracking to keep projects on schedule. 

 

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong customer-service orientation with a solution-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn new software systems (e.g., ERP or Label Traxx). 
  • Ability to navigate multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

 

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience required; manufacturing or packaging label experience is a plus.

 

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
  • Occasional standing and movement as needed.
