We are looking for a Client Service Representative to assist the team of a prestigious family law firm in Austin. We are a litigation focused firm that leverages technology in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position functions as a vital first point of contact for clients, opposing counsels, court staff, and others calling WG throughout the state. While sharing similarities to general "reception" rolls, this position is best suited to those with a background not just in administration, but in elevated customer service.
Compensation: From $65,000 commensurate with experience
Core responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls from a variety of sources throughout Texas, including prospective clients, attorneys, expert witnesses, and more.
- Determine best course of action and route callers, take notes in firm CRM (Hubspot), reach relevant parties via communications platforms (Slack), calendar meetings, and much more
- Provide a sophisticated, consistent touchpoint for those that call the firm; the firm's core client base consists of affluent individuals who are seeking top-notch support through very difficult circumstances. These interactions require sensitivity, discretion, and urgency.
- Utilize Slack to coordinate efficiency with staff across offices in Austin, Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio
- Maintain careful notes to facilitate followups and messages to those unable to talk immediately
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Background in elevated customer service, including (but not limited to: luxury retail, banking, travel, real-estate, or hospitality.
- Demonstrated tech literacy
- Strong positive: prior use of communications platforms like Slack and Microsoft Teams and/or use of CRMs like Hubspot/Salesforce/Zoho
- Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong positive: substantial experience handling relevant phone traffic
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to deal with issues as they arise
