ANINE BING is looking for a VIP Client Services Manager to join our Retail team based in New York.
This role is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of ANINE BING. As a key contributor within our Retail team, the VIP Client Services Manager brings both strategic insight and hands-on execution to their work—supporting our growth while staying grounded in the brand’s DNA: refined, fast-moving, and always evolving.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a creative yet performance-driven environment. The ideal candidate combines a sharp eye for detail with a clear sense of the big picture. They’re collaborative, resourceful, and energized by building something special—together.
This is a hybrid position based at our New York office, with a preference for in-person work. The role reports to the VP, Retail.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee all personal East Coast VIP clients, plus drive and achieve individual revenue targets.
Cultivate, manage, and expand relationships with new VIP clients through in-home and in-store appointments. - Plan and execute exclusive VIP events, including in-home gatherings, trunk shows in new markets, and brand-driven activations with personal client database.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless experiences across personal client touchpoints.
- Generate a minimum of $750K annually through personal client appointments, events, and activations.
- Support the expansion of brand visibility through curated pop-up store activations with individual client book.
- Increase your personal client database annually by 20% with a focus on new client acquisition.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, personal shopping, or client services with a proven track record of high sales performance.
- Established and current book of VIP clients and contacts.
- Strong background in event planning and execution, ideally within the luxury or fashion sector.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.

The target compensation for this role is between $85,000 - $95,000 annually and includes a generous commission structure.
