Position Overview

We’re a fast-paced, community-driven retail brand with a growing digital presence—and we’re looking for an analytical, tech-savvy Ecommerce Analyst, IT to join our in-house team. In this pivotal role, you'll support the ongoing development and seamless operation of our ecommerce platforms and integrations. From gathering business requirements and performing quality assurance to supporting day-to-day system needs, you’ll play a key role in driving both online and in-store success.

This is a full-time, on-site position (Monday–Friday). We value collaboration and believe the best ideas come from working together in person—side by side with our IT, ecommerce, and business teams.

What You’ll Do

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

  • Partner with business units (merchandising, marketing, operations, customer service) to capture and understand functional requirements
  • Document business processes and translate into technical specs for IT and vendor use
  • Support system enhancements and contribute to feature rollouts that improve performance and customer experience

Platform & Integration Support

  • Serve as the first line of support for ecommerce platform issues and requests
  • Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical problems
  • Monitor critical system integrations (ERP, OMS, CRM, payment gateways, POS) for data accuracy and performance

Testing & QA

  • Create and execute test cases for system updates, enhancements, and new features
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) alongside business stakeholders
  • Ensure quality standards are met prior to go-live

Reporting & Insights

  • Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor ecommerce health and KPIs
  • Track site issues, system outages, and resolutions to identify trends and areas for improvement

Documentation & Training

  • Maintain system documentation, including business processes, configuration details, and change logs
  • Provide support and training to internal users on platform features and updates

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT or business systems analysis, preferably in an ecommerce environment
  • Understanding of ecommerce ecosystems and integrations (ERP, OMS, CRM, POS)
  • Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer and user experiences through technology
