We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and relationship-driven Marketing and Strategic Partnerships Manager to spearhead our marketing, events, and strategic partnership initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will shape the client experience, enhance our brand presence, and expand our network of high-end clients and partners.
You will lead a wide range of initiatives — from client onboarding and internal training to developing marketing materials, organizing high-profile events, and driving strategic partnerships — all aimed at strengthening Atlas Technica’s market position.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee client onboarding processes and conduct internal training to ensure industry-leading client experience best practices are upheld across the team.
- Develop and maintain brand presentations and marketing materials that consistently reflect our value proposition and resonate with high-end clients.
- Represent Atlas Technica at industry conferences, networking events, and forums, serving as a knowledgeable brand ambassador to build relationships and promote our services.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee company-hosted events (e.g., client roundtables, seminars) and manage the company’s participation in trade shows, ensuring engaging attendee experiences and a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Identify and pursue sponsorship and strategic partnership opportunities that align with our brand and support business growth objectives.
- Manage communications related to events, partnerships, and client engagement initiatives — including crafting event invitations, partnership announcements, and client updates — to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
- Support social media content development and campaigns around key marketing initiatives, events, and partnerships, collaborating with the digital marketing team to drive online engagement.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, gathering client feedback, facilitating client introductions/referrals, and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, event management, or client engagement roles. Experience in a technology services firm or Managed Service Provider (MSP) serving high-end clients is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in planning and executing successful events and marketing campaigns, including coordinating corporate events, trade show appearances, or strategic partnership programs.
- Strong understanding of marketing communications and branding, with familiarity in content creation, public relations, and social media engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently present to executives, represent the company to high-profile clients/partners, and build long-lasting professional relationships.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, strategic thinker with a proactive mindset — self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams to drive initiatives forward.
- Proficiency with relevant tools and software, including CRM systems, marketing/email automation platforms, social media management tools, and MS Office (especially PowerPoint for high-quality presentations).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred. Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites, networking events, and industry conferences as required.
