Technical and Functional Skills:
- Hydraulic Systems Sales Expertise: Proven success in selling a comprehensive range of hydraulic solutions, including valves, pumps, motors, cylinders, filters, systems (hydraulic power units “HPU”, assemblies, subsystems), custom manifolds, and MFCP build-center solutions. Requires a minimum of five years of field experience, with ten years preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) for customer communication, project updates, reporting, and training support.
- ERP/CRM Knowledge: Possesses or can quickly develop working knowledge of P21 ERP and Tour De Force.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and drive. Job requires frequent lifting up to 75 pounds, stooping, reaching above shoulder level, pushing, pulling, constantly walking/standing on cement flooring, and climbing ladders as needed.
- Work environment may vary including warehouse containing moving equipment, fluctuating temperature and inventory in various storage arrangements, office work, manufacturing, machine shops, agricultural operations, and any other specific business operations of current or potential customers.

Salary:
$80,000 - $125,00/year, commensurate with skills and experience.
