Key Accountabilities:

  • Human Resources Strategy and Governance: Recommending HR strategy inputs, analyzing data, and driving change initiatives.
  • Business Partnership and Support: Providing advisory support, resolving queries, and ensuring diversity in HR plans, supporting policy implementation challenges. HRBP will also collaborate closely with HR COE's and other Business Partners to influence and implement HR and business strategies/objectives.
  • Talent Management: Guiding talent and performance management processes, communicating with leaders on long-term activities.
  • Performance and Employee Relations/Engagement: Monitoring complex employee relations and managing sensitive cases. Training/coaching/mentoring leaders at all levels. 
  • Organization Development and Change Management: Delivering HR programs, interpreting policies, and engaging in development and succession planning.

What you’ll need:

This role requires 4+ years of relevant experience, including time as an HR Partner.
