Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services � working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.
The Housing Program Supervisor is a member of a team dedicated to ending homelessness in southeast Ohio, and works closely with clients, Housing Specialists, and Case Managers to achieve permanent housing stability through federal, state, and local resources. The service area for this position includes Athens, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Ross, Vinton, Pickaway, Pike and Franklin Counties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for technology, attention to detail, and supervisory experience.
*This is a hybrid position; the majority of the work will be completed remotely; however, some routine travel throughout the service area will be required. Overnight travel is not required.*
The salary range for this position is $48,596.66 to $58,451.92 per year, based on experience.
Essential Functions:
- Represents the organization in the community and maintains relationships with community partners.
- Supervises activities of staff through various methods, including but not limited to individual and group virtual and in-person meetings and regular communications.
- Oversees data quality in systems, including HMIS.
- Oversees file review for eligibility, compliance, and approval.
- Manages the referral process and prioritization list through the appropriate Coordinated Entry system.
- Facilitates regional prioritization meetings to fill vacancies.
- Participates in Regional Homeless Planning Committee Activities.
- Participates in federal and state program monitoring.
- Extracts quantitative data as required by funding sources and requested by stakeholders.
- Provides complete and accurate reports according to a reporting schedule.
- Reviews management reports and case records.
- Evaluates the performance of staff members and recommends appropriate action to the manager.
- Participates in the review and selection of new staff, including but not limited to completion of position requisitions, applicant reviews, and interviews.
- Responsible for implementation and oversight of organizational policies, procedures, and/or processes.
- Trains new employees in areas such as organizational policy, procedures, and organizational or governmental regulations.
- Manages and organizes office operations and acts as the point of contact for internal and external business support functions.
- Carries out utilization review and quality assurance activities as directed.
- Maintains necessary documentation, participates in program evaluation, attends team and program planning meetings, cross-systems training, and acquires knowledge of community resources.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum three years of directly relevant experience or a Bachelor�s degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience with data management systems required, HMIS experience preferred
- Must obtain Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) licensure within 2 months
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience working with Affordable Housing, Property Management, and/or HUD Programs, including HCV, PSH, and/or RRH programs, preferred
- Commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace is required.
- Demonstrates a high degree of cultural awareness
- Experience with individuals experiencing homelessness, including lived experience, preferred.
- Broad knowledge of community service systems.
- Willing to participate in and lead cross-systems team-building activities.
- Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.
- Valid driver�s license.
- Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.
- Must maintain a high-speed internet connection if working remotely.
