Clinic Hours Part-time Family Nurse Practitioner (3 days a week):

• Sidney, MT:

  • Mon: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM | 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

  • Wed: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM | 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

  • Fri: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Virtual

Your work will be focused on comprehensive primary care and chronic disease management.
