Job Description

Cabinetworks Group has an immediate opening for a Logistics Dispatcher for an afternoon shift, at our facility in Middlefield, OH!

The work schedule is:

Monday: 8:00am - 5pm

Tuesday - Friday: 3:00pm - 11:30pm

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate regularly with dispatch, customer care, consumers and sales personnel to ensure lead-time, delivery and any issues are properly resolved.
• Efficiently and effectively interact with drivers entering and exiting our facility.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2 years in a dispatch environment.
• Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated successful ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environment.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with external customers and vendors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Associate’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Prior dispatch scheduling experience.
• Prior dispatch software experience.
