What You'll Do:

• Lead and elevate the performance of our Consumer Loan Hub - driving sales, service, governance, and profitability
• Coach and inspire a high-performing sales and processing team to exceed goals and deliver remarkable member experiences
• Streamline operations and ensure compliance across centralized loan processing, including consumer, indirect, and Commerce Connect loans
• Analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement strategies that move the needle
• Champion our service standards, foster team spirit, and create a culture of accountability and excellence
• Collaborate cross-functionally, resolve escalations with diplomacy, and communicate with clarity and confidence
• Stay ahead of the curve on lending policies, regulatory changes, and industry best practices

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of financial services experience with a strong background in lending and sales
• Proven success in individual sales performance, team leadership, and mentoring
• Deep knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and credit union products
• Exceptional communication, decision-making, and organizational skills
• A proactive, flexible, and results-oriented mindset
