iTrust Wellness Group, a fast-growing psychiatric practice, is seeking a detail-oriented and professional People & Culture Coordinator to support our Director of Workforce & Risk Strategies in driving key people initiatives and organizational success. This role blends HR coordination, recruiting, payroll, and people operations with administrative and culture-focused responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience while supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
As a People & Culture Coordinator at iTrust Wellness Group, you will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience while supporting the smooth operation of our growing practice. This role blends people-focused responsibilities—such as recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee engagement—with administrative and operational support that strengthens our team and culture.
You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and staff to ensure our employees feel supported, our processes run efficiently, and our workplace continues to be a positive and inclusive environment where people thrive.
- Assist with full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Provide assistance with employee relations, performance tracking, and compliance reporting.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Support team-building and recognition programs.
- Assist in creating a welcoming, inclusive workplace culture.
- Provide scheduling, documentation, and project support for the Director.
- Assist with reporting, data management, and tracking key people metrics.
- Partner with leadership on cross-functional initiatives and special projects.

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of HR, recruiting, or people operations experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or payroll systems a plus.
