Operations Coordinator Role
The Operations Coordinator models effective facility leadership; possesses proficient managerial and organizational skills for working with issues related to the facility, human resources, and bookkeeping; and coaches and mentors the staff and student body to be operationally conscious. This person assists in the preparation and analysis of the school's operating budget, conducts routine inspections of the school facilities, and inspects that all business and state licenses are current, properly displayed, and renewed when necessary. He or she is also responsible for emergency preparedness and inventory.

The Operations Leader must have the ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed, and to always be on call and ready to assist at all times.
Primary duties:
- Inspects inventory
- Approves purchase orders and place any orders needed
- Enters A/R, A/P and oversees budgets
- Assists in HR duties such as new hire paperwork, processing payroll and file maintenance.
- Assists with monthly and annual audits.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, special events and works on a variety of projects
- Assists different departments with administrative needs
- Conducts routine inspection of the school facilities and works with vendors to resolve any maintenance issues
- Maintains business and state licenses
- Helps to oversee the school's operating budget
Skills/Competencies Required:
- High School Grad/Equivalent (College degree in business management or industry experience is a plus!)
- At least 3+ years leadership/management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in leadership, management, finance, and business
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Solid work history with verifiable references
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
