The Ideal Candidate
- We’re looking for individuals with energy, attention to detail, and a drive for quality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- A strong team player with clear communication skills
- Flexible and responsive to production demands
- Ideally experienced in food manufacturing (not essential – full training provided)
- Basic mechanical understanding is a plus for machinery operation and troubleshooting

Your Key Responsibilities
As a Production Operative, you will:
- Operate and monitor machinery to maintain consistent and efficient scampi production
- Follow standardised recipes and schedules to achieve daily output goals
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to uphold food safety standards
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and well-organised in collaboration with your team
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of machinery to minimise production downtime
- Follow all health and safety protocols and food hygiene guidelines
