What you can expect
We are looking for an amazing Technical Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will build excellent relationships with customers and internal partners alike, ensuring success with Zoom products and services. Your efforts will drive customer satisfaction and happiness. This role will be hybrid and will ideally require commute into the London Office
Responsibilities
Serving as a technical subject-matter expert on Zoom’s architecture and video/audio collaboration space
Partnering closely with the Customer Account team and Customer Success Manager to improve the customer relationship
Providing technical consultations for architecture integration and service optimization
Driving complex technical escalations toward resolution
Managing technical feature requests and requirements that are key to the customer’s success and process workflow
Developing relationships with customers and providing recommendations to address their business needs
What we’re looking for
Possess Cisco certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE
Have more than 5 years experience in a client-facing, technical role
Be flexible and have excellent communication, mentoring, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Have experience in troubleshooting network problems, firewalls, NAT
Be proficient in video conferencing or communication solutions, such as Cisco/Tandberg, Polycom, Lifesize, and Microsoft Lync/Office365
Be able to articulate complex topics and address customer concerns, satisfaction, and retention in an ever-changing environment
Understand Zoom partner and ecosystem partners, products, and applications
Understand network topology, telecommunications architecture, UDP/TCP/IP networking, IP Telephony, SIP/H323, and audio/video codecs
