Responsibilities:

The Role:

  • Manage daily EDI operations for all PepsiCo Foods Canada charge customers, including monitoring the EDI queue, resolving errors, and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with customers, national account teams, and field sales to enhance systems and processes, address recurring issues, and promote best practices.
  • Coordinate and oversee the setup of small-scale EDI implementations.
  • Partner with IT to support the implementation of larger, more complex EDI integrations.
  • Support minor projects as needed, contributing to cross-functional initiatives.

What you will be working on:

  • Investigate and resolve data errors and rejections across 40+ EDI customers, escalating issues to appropriate teams when necessary and tracking progress through resolution.
  • Lead minor projects using established methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Customer Development, Credit, Customer Maintenance, IT ECG, and IT Baseline.
  • Configure customer EDI setups based on direction from ECG, which manages the customer-facing EDI onboarding.
  • Coordinate end-to-end testing with all relevant stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Facilitate weekly issue tracking sessions with IT Baseline and Credit teams to monitor and resolve ongoing concerns.
  • Contribute to minor projects as needed, supporting broader team initiatives.
Qualifications:

  • Intermediate Excel proficiency and solid analytical capabilities
  • Proactive approach to issue resolution, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • High sense of urgency and a strong drive for results
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Accounting knowledge and experience
  • 2+ years of experience in collections and reconciliation
  • Familiarity with SAP is considered an asset
  • Project management experience, with the ability to lead and support initiatives
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and consistency in work
  • Collaborative team player, effective in cross-functional environments
