Route PM Supervisor - Queanbeyan NSW

The Opportunity

At Toll we connect people and products. We are looking for an experienced Route Supervisor to manage the PM shift and join our Retail & Consumer function based in Queanbeyan NSW. The role of the PM Route Supervisor is responsible for ensuring business achieves the KPI’s set for the operation and manage customer relations at a local level ensuring a win-win approach to business solutions. This role will also contribute to strategies and establish and act on the tactics and processes for its implementation. Ensure all site safety, company, customer local and Federal legislative requirements are met and enforced.

Please note the shift hours for this role is Monday – Friday 12 – 8PM.

As the Route PM Supervisor, you will:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day service level targets (On-time delivery) of above 99%.

  • First point of contact/escalation for all operational shift issues at site.

  • Ensure all drivers and staff follows OHS and site safety requirements and counsel/discipline in all instances of nonconformance.

  • Ensure preoperational checklists are completed for all loads and counsel/discipline in all instances of nonconformance.

  • Ensure all damages and MVIs are reported and followed up in accordance with SOPs and counsel/discipline in all instances of nonconformance.

  • Ensure all allocations and dispatch operations are performed at the highest service levels and optimized in the most cost-effective manner

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Full understanding of the transport processes and expectations.

  • Understanding of Supply Chain Management.

  • Knowledge of relevant Federal and State Law requirements such as NHVR.

  • Customer focused (internal & external).

  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Driver’s License (HR – Heavy Vehicle) & Forklift licence (Counterbalance)
