The ideal candidate will provide quality professional support to the City's internal users. This includes configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of hardware, operating systems, and applications. They will receive and respond to customer requests via the ticketing system, phone, and email. They should be proficient in using Microsoft products, including Windows, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365. You must possess excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills. Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.

What You Will Do

• Utilize troubleshooting skills to identify and fix system issues and equipment malfunctions, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of operational activities, tech articles, and knowledge base to ensure clear communication and long-term system integrity.
• Serve as the bridge between users and other IT teams, including developers and infrastructure, to coordinate and resolve technical issues.
• Provide support to other team members and assist in the maintenance and setup of hardware and software.
• Provide support and training for Microsoft 365 and Teams. Ensure users can connect, are trained, and performance is optimized.
