SUMMARY
The Technical Solutions Lead drives strategic software implementations that improve operational performance across the organization. As a key link between Operations, Vendors and Users this role ensures technology initiatives deliver long-term value through adoption, optimization and measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a highly self-sufficient individual contributor who manages project priorities, deliverables and deadlines with minimal oversight.
- Own and lead end-to-end software implementation initiatives, from gathering requirements to post-launch optimization, ensuring alignment with business priorities and success metrics.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure technology ecosystem remains current and scalable to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain cohesive and streamlined data flow across multiple platforms, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Champion change management and user adoption by delivering target training, resources, and engagement strategies that reduce resistance and accelerate value.
- Deliver advanced technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and for complex software issues.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of core applications, including property management and other business critical systems.
- Increase efficiency, accuracy and user satisfaction by designing workflows that incorporate best practices and automation across platforms.
- Establish governance and documentation practices including process standards and application support protocols.
- Drive technical optimization and transformation for scalable solutions.
Requirements
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software implementations, with a focus on property management software applications.
- Ability to think strategically and execute projects from start to finish.
- Deep understanding of property management operations and workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
