Description
Position Purpose
You will provide basic take-off, estimating and project management support for all employees of the Equipment Sales Division in the Littleton CO Office.
Pay range: $20 - $25 per. hr. plus potential profit share.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties or tasks assigned as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to:
- Provide support to Project Managers, Estimators, Sales Engineers, and the Bid Administrator.
- Assist with compiling bids, reviewing project pricing and sales margins under supervision from senior employees.
- Assist with equipment selections and pricing with supervision of senior employees
- Assist with ordering equipment and confirming order acknowledgments with supervision of senior employees
- Familiarize self with departmental structure, workflow, and relevant software systems of Colorado BE group.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Junior or Senior standing in a Bachelor’s program in Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or similar field of study, OR recent graduation from one of these degree programs.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Ability to complete thorough and detailed work with accuracy and consistency.
- Computer literacy, especially in regards to knowledge of Microsoft applications, and ability to quickly learn additional software programs.
- Ability to multi-task, maintain a high attention to detail, problem solve, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in basic math.
- Must be able to learn and retain large amounts of general information

Physical Requirements
- This work may involve sitting for extended periods, bending or kneeling.
- This position may require lifting to 25 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor.
