Ben Bridge Jeweler is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team for the holidays.
At Ben Bridge Jeweler, we take pride in making our customer’s shopping experience a personal one. Our customer service team fields a range of customer inquiries, through multiple channels. Utilizing a variety of software and collaborating with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a remarkable customer experience by being passionate, friendly and helpful through email and phone.
- Provide customers with product information and recommendations to aid in their shopping decisions
- Process orders from customers placed via website and phone
- Store review management and replies
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues and inquiries
- Follow through on customer commitments in a timely manner
- Communicate clearly and with poise verbally and in writing
- Work with various departments to resolve customer needs.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Professional demeanor.
- Ease with multi-tasking. Maintaining a pleasant phone conversation while researching inquiries
- Comfortable working with a variety of different software
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a jewelry retail environment.
- Understanding of eCommerce.
- Knowledge of luxury jewelry and watch market trends.
Range: $21.00 - $25.00
Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
