Apple Autos is seeking a detailed oriented and organized individual to oversee the efficient management of automotive parts inventory. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records. Our dealership has been rated a Top Minnesota Workplace in the Star Tribune for the last 5 years, and we’re looking to add a passionate problem-solver to our winning team and help us continue a legacy of excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and update inventory databases to ensure accurate tracking of automotive parts.
• Post and track inventory from vendors using internal system.
• Verify cost and pricing on invoices for accuracy.
• Track and return parts as required.
• File and match-up packing slips to invoices.
• Research, submit, and track claims for shortages, damage, shipping errors, and 60 day claims.
• Set up and administer cycle counts of inventory.
• Manage the payable preparation paperwork.
• Submit tire claim warranties.
• Generate reports on inventory status, order fulfillment, and supplier performance.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external vendors.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in automotive parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Administration experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and their specifications is a plus.
