This position is primarily for educational or religious purposes and should be used for providing valuable educational experiences for the Intern. It is to give the Intern an opportunity to see how principles and practices learned in their educational institutions are applied in actual work setting. Under general supervision, the Intern performs work as assigned by the department.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Content Management

    1. - Update Scala boards with upcoming events, inspirational messages, photos, retirements, etc.

      1. - Create picture name cards for new hires.

      2. - Develop monthly job openings list.

  • Inventory & Resource Tracking

    1. - Monitor and track print inventory (e.g., Caring Summaries, folders, child nutrition booklets).

  • Media Support & WSRS Storytelling

  • Update and maintain the story database.

  • Monitor for area stories and pull relevant content for requests (e.g., BonCom).

  • Assist with video and social media reel creation.

  • Meeting & Coordination Support

  • Update documentation for the Media Coordination Tuesday morning meetings.

Qualifications

Paid Interns are qualified while enrolled in an educational institution and for one year following graduation. They must sign a Paid Internship Engagement Letter.
