What The Role Entails
CloudHQ is currently seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer to support critical recruiting efforts for various roles across several entities. As the Talent Sourcer, you’ll play a key role in shaping our team’s success by discovering top talent for challenging roles. Using your own creative search strategies, you’ll identify both active job seekers and hidden gems in various markets.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to understand their needs and build a strong talent pipeline ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects. The successful candidate will work alongside the TA team to drive the shared goal: getting the right people, in the right seats, and allowing them to thrive and enjoy a long, successful career with us.

What You Will Get to Do
· Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand job requirements and the ideal candidate profile
· Meet hiring goals by proactively identifying and attracting high-quality candidates aligned with organizational needs
· Create and execute against a sourcing strategy
· Ability to strategize and prioritize reqs and needs of departments
· Maintain the collective database of potential candidates to create talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
· Understand the relevant talent market and use knowledge to develop effective sourcing strategies
· Continually help improve, evolve and scale our interview best practices
· Champion a candidate-centric process that reflects the company’s brand, culture, and growth
· Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure alignment across teams
· Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions to improve results and share market insights.
· Work with the Talent Acquisition Assistant to maintain up-to-date tracking of candidates and support the rollout of TA technology initiatives
Requirements
What You Bring to The Role
- A minimum of six (6) years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
- Experience utilizing multiple functions within LinkedIn Recruiter
- Demonstrated expertise in passive sourcing techniques and creative talent acquisition methods
- Able to work independently and within a strong team environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to handle competing priorities and change direction as needed
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal compliance
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and/or HRIS systems
Our Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess
· A minimum of two years of full-cycle Data Center recruiting experience· Able to speak multiple languages with strong business acumen would be useful
