Your Impact

• Conduct initial in-home assessments and create personalized care plans

• Perform caregiver skill evaluations and supervisory visits

• Ensure caregiver and client documentation is up to date and compliant

• Collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal health and client satisfaction

What You Bring

• Active RN license in North Carolina (good standing)

• 1+ years of nursing experience, experience in geriatric nursing is a plus 

• 6+ months in a supervisory role preferred

• Passion for senior care and comfort working independently

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and a clean background
