Key Responsibilities:
- Operate or support manufacturing production lines
- Package, band, and label finished materials
- Set up and assist with machine operations
- Weigh and prepare materials for processing
- Use forklift and/or overhead crane to move materials
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy materials safely
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift or crane experience preferred but not required
Shift Details:
- Training starts on 1st shift. Seeking individuals with flexibility to work any of our 3 shifts (1st: 6:30 am - 2:30 pm, 2nd: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm, 3rd: 10:30 pm - 6:30 am)
- Fixed 8-hour shifts with paid lunch
- No rotating shifts
- Required to work 2 to 3 Saturdays per month
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting pay: $20.00 per hour or more, based on experience and skills
- $1.50 per hour shift premium for 3rd shift
- $1,500 sign-on bonus
- Quarterly profit-sharing opportunity (average $6,000 to $10,000 per year)
- Attendance bonuses up to $1,250 annually
- Overtime paid at time and a half; double time after 48 hours per week
- $180 annual safety boot allowance
