Everlight Solar is seeking an experienced technician responsible for leading HVAC system installations, troubleshooting, and ensuring code compliance. Requires EPA 608 Certification and 5+ years of field experience. This role is trusted to work independently and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities:
- Lead HVAC system installations and ensure all work meets code compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems with minimal supervision.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 apprentice electricians.
Qualifications:
- EPA 608 Certification (required).
- 5+ years of HVAC field experience (required).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC system installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Have full range of mobility in the upper and lower body - Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Thrive in a team environment.
- Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required.
- Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday.
- Ability to climb ladders and install conduits.
- Perform work at heights of 20 feet or more.
- Willing to submit to a driving, drug, and criminal background check.
- Possess all necessary tools to complete the work.

Starting salary range: $58,000-$64,000/ year
