PDMI is looking to add four Benefits Configuration Analysts to our team! As a Benefits Configuration Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring client benefit plans are configured accurately and efficiently.
Since 1984, PDMI has provided pharmacy data processing and other flexible, scalable solutions to help our clients meet their business objectives. We offer transparent, pass-through pharmacy processing and other services for private label Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), vertically integrated health plans and hospital systems. In addition to Pharmacy Benefit Administrative Services, we offer 340B Administration, Hospice and Long-Term Care Services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and implement new client setups and benefit design changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Configure and maintain benefit plan logic in PDMI’s proprietary claims adjudication system, supporting smooth claims processing and client satisfaction.
- Document configuration decisions and validate coding changes through testing and peer reviews.
- Partner closely with internal teams to resolve issues, support client needs, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Stay current on system upgrades and enhancements, maintaining expertise in both the technical and operational aspects of benefits administration.
- Share knowledge with colleagues, mentor team members, and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, NCPDP, and other regulatory standards.
Work & Education Experience Requirements:
- Minimum four-year college degree preferred or equivalent industry (i.e., healthcare or insurance) experience
- Must have prior experience with benefits and compiling analytical data and reports
- Background encompassing electronic claims processing preferred
