Through organization-wide collaboration our team of diverse professionals seeks to extend Lenovo’s business solutions, generate incremental revenue, enhance existing Alliance partnerships, and develop new industry partnerships. We are searching for an Alliances Program Specialist to support our business. The ideal candidate has the ability to establish trust and thrive in a matrixed ever-changing organization. You must be comfortable contributing to developing strategy at the senior executive level as well as performing hands-on execution. You must be an excellent written and oral communicator, internally and externally, who can project manage insights into results. Job Description•    Collaborate on identifying and building joint initiatives for our senior leaders from Lenovo and our partners including the accompanying sales motions, marketing investment plans, and regular cadences with Product, Geo, and Sales teams•    Track and manage partner funding, allocation, and objectives with exceptional level of attention to detail and build reports used at a senior executive level•    Analyze partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes, and report on key metrics to stakeholders•    Communicate partner programs and processes to internal teams to drive adoption and understanding•    Articulate complex issues and provide appropriate support to internal team members •    Support Internal and External EBRs, QBRs, and Executive cadences/touchpointsGlobal Future Leader Requirements* Global Future Leaders positions are early-in-career level roles targeted at job seekers who have completed or are in the process of completing, their final academic year of educational requirements for their Masters or PhD Degree.Passion for technologyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a global team environmentAbility to think strategically but have exceptional attention to detail.Excellent organizational and project management skills  Strong analytical and quantitative capabilityStrong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.Flexibility to travel as needed (10-20%)Technical skills (programming, ME/EE) Preferred experience through relevant internships (or FT) in the technology sectorTechnical degrees in (CES, ME/EE), master's degree or MBA are also preferred.Leadership experience in school, work, internship and/or communityHiring Time Line Fall 2025 Post Roles: September-November 7thLeadership Assessments: October (Top candidates will be requested to complete a Leadership skills assessment via SHL (Vendor).
