The Finance Manager – Supply Chain Move is an integral leader on the Supply Chain Finance team that is responsible for leading the Warehouse, Transport and Fleet Supply Chain organizations. In this role, you will be responsible for providing thought & financial leadership and ensuring that balanced investment and productivity strategies are planned and achieved. In addition, it will be critical to partner with the PFC Finance Move Manager to ensure we are considering a 1CAN mindset as we work to solve issues and make decisions. The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, effective relationship building, ownership & accountability, as well as very strong analytics.

- Responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Strategic Business Plan and Annual Operating Plans for PBC’s Warehouse, Transport and Fleet.
- This role will serve as the core finance lead for the total PBC Warehouse, Transport and Fleet businesses, partnering with Supply Chain Directors to deliver results.
- Provide insights and analysis to senior executives to drive growth and productivity, identify fluctuations versus forecast, plan and PY and course correcting where required.
- Lead the capability building and improvement of PBC forecasting, through Mosaic and Cockpit, to drive increased accountability to delivering results
- Be an active participant and thought leader on the 1CAN finance Supply Chain team
- Provide coaching/support to the Supply Chain Operations Teams.
- Collaborate with Cost Accounting and FP&A to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Cross functional projects as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred. MBA and/or CA is a good addition
- 7+ years of work experience in Finance or Performance Management
- Ability to inspire, engage and enable at various levels of the organization
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of success influencing high performing teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven collaboration/teamwork experience
- Ability to work and think independently with limited direction and oversight
- Deep understanding of financial modeling/evaluation, linking to Supply Chain data
- Change management experience, including strong cross-functional management skills to drive change in the face of adversity
