1. Must be able to design and implement AI/ML-driven product architecture aligned with enterprise-scale requirements and product objectives.2. Must be able to collaborate with different stakeholders to translate AI requirements into robust technical architecture and define validation protocols, evaluation metrics, and success criteria for AI components.3. Must be able to support the AI research and innovation roadmap by suggesting emerging technologies and maintaining a forward-looking AI stack for the AI components.4. Must be able to contribute to internal and external thought leadership initiatives, including whitepapers, blogs, and documentation that promote AI maturity and innovation across the organization.5. Must have the ability to assess and prioritize AI components by aligning market research insights with evolving business needs and strategic product goals.6. Must have strong applied experience across NLP, computer vision, speech analytics, reinforcement learning, LLMs, SLMs, Agentic AI, etc with the ability to align technical depth with real-world product use cases

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field. Master in Business Administration is an added advantage.2. 10+ years of experience in AI/ML roles, including at least 5+ years working on or supporting AI-based products.
