About the Role
- Perform cellar operations to support quality wine production under supervision
- Follow instructions and complete tasks once trained and competent
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in line with company procedures
- Use personal protective equipment and attend required training sessions
- Record operational data accurately in log sheets and notes
