Job Description
The position is based at ERAMET’s headquarters in Paris on a permanent contract (CDI) and involves occasional international travels.
Within the HR Department, you will join the HRIS & HR Analytics team under the direct supervision of the Group HRIS & HR Analytics Manager. You will support the various HR functions using the Group HRIS, ensuring the proper use, administration, and continuous improvement of the system, focusing on the modules related to Performance and Compensation processes.
Responsibilities:
Main missions:

Ensure the maintenance and evolution of the Performance & Goals and Compensation & Variable Pay modules, after analyzing requirements and prioritizing business needs in collaboration with Business Process Owners: participate in configuration choices, test developments, lead UAT phases, and support go-live and business adoption.

Contribute to the launch and smooth execution of performance & development campaigns (annual and mid-year reviews) as well as compensation cycles (salary increases, bonuses, LTI), in support of the Talent and C&B teams.

Co-design and implement change management plans to maximize solution adoption.

Provide level 2 support and contribute to the coordination and upskilling of the local HRIS referent network.

Ensure reporting consistency and support the maintenance of data quality.
Other activities:

Monitor and follow up on releases provided by the vendor.

Keep up to date with trends and innovations in the HRIS domain.

Participate in transversal projects and/or the deployment of new modules, in line with the HRIS & HR Analytics roadmap.
The above list is not exhaustive. Depending on the selected profile (previous experience, expertise, etc.), responsibilities may be adapted, and the job holder may also be asked to provide back-up support on other modules depending on team priorities and needs.
Profile:

Master’s degree in Management, HR, or IT (Bac+5 or equivalent).

At least 3 years of proven experience in managing and/or implementing HRIS solutions in an international context.

Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in Core HR, Performance & Goals, and Compensation & Variable Pay modules.

Solid background in functional analysis; direct business experience with these processes in a multi-entity, international environment is a real asset.

Project management, communication, and change management skills.

Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and service orientation.

Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamism, and team spirit.

Fluent English required, as the position operates in an international environment.
