Job Title: Marketing & Development Lead (Part-Time, 20 hrs/week Contract, with potential for FT)

With over 30 years of collective team experience, Peeple Inc. has helped mid-sized, growth-oriented companies scale through people development programs that build high-performing teams. We do this through talent assessment and selection, management search, and leadership and organizational training and design. We’re now growing our own team to better serve our North American client base from our Vancouver HQ — and we’re looking for a budding superstar to become our Marketing & Business Development Lead. What You’ll Do

• Plan & Execute Campaigns – Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns across LinkedIn, CRM, email, and yes, even the occasional old-school direct mail (because sometimes, real envelopes get more attention than real emails).
• CRM & Pipeline Support – Keep our prospect and client lists sharp, our CRM squeaky clean, and our follow-ups on point.
• Content Marketing – Take thought-leadership pieces and repurpose them into engaging posts, newsletters, one-pagers, and landing pages that don’t just sit pretty — they convert.
• Social Media – Oversee our social media plan, create new channels and content calendars, output, and general online swagger.
• Client Advocacy – Run structured review and referral programs (Google reviews, LinkedIn recommendations) that turn happy clients into our best salespeople.

Who You Are:

• Experienced – Minimum 3+ years in marketing/BD, ideally in a professional services consulting firm or digital agency. Bonus if you’ve dabbled in HR/Search land.
• Sales-Minded Marketer – You get just as much joy from building a lead list as you do from writing a clever LinkedIn caption.
• Digitally Fluent – Tools like HubSpot, Breezy, Canva, and Squarespace don’t scare you —they excite you.
• Content-Smart – You’re a strong writer who knows how to add just the right dash of humour (professional, but not dad-joke-level).• Organized Project Manager – Juggler of people, timelines, and details. (We prefer juggling projects over flaming torches.)
• Independent & Proactive – A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and moves projects forward without needing handholding.
