WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


The People and Culture Team partners with our company leaders to enable them to make great decisions everyday. In tandem with all employees you create exceptional opportunities for growth and development. Our mission is to inspire our people to be the best versions of themselves and help build a culture that will lead us into the future. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a CHRO for your responsible departments and enable a strong leadership team by focusing on Engagement, Performance, Feedback, Organizational Building and Development
  • Lead your own decentralised Talent Strategy and enable initiatives by bringing innovative solutions that enhance our culture
  • Work in project teams to roll out company wide changes, bringing a data-driven approach and providing scalable solutions
  • Proactively seek ways to ensure strong company culture, high engagement and excellent performance throughout the organization
  • Enable the organisation’s people and leadership capabilities to drive productivity and high talent density
  • Continuously analyse data and gather feedback on the effectiveness of our tools and processes with the aim of constantly improving

 

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of experience as a Strategic HR Business Partner, People Project/Program Manager, or Consultant with background in change management, employee performance and development, company-wide transformation initiatives or similar
  • Excellent communication and people leadership skills, proven track record in execution and delivery of complex projects on a cross-functional level
  • Extensive experience in a start-up setting, high level of business acumen and ability to align own initiatives with company strategy and goals
  • Motivation to work as an individual contributor, comfortable developing recommendations for strategic projects and working autonomously
  • Proven track record of identifying problems, generating solutions and translating into actionable steps
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, successful at communicating across different functions and levels
  • Data-driven, able to analyze data, translate it into actionable steps and use it to tell a story
  • Outstanding team-player, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and organize
  • Knowledge of German labour law is a plus
